Astral Combat Carrier

What about a Land Raider-sized tank that is FDM-printed, completely modular with magnets and also functions as a transport box for ten models on 32mm bases?

Doesnt exist? Yes, it does!

This beauty is called Astral Combat Carrier and it comes from Kutal @ Orchitect Studio.

Look at that beauty! A “real” transport tank, that is actually able to transport your infantry miniatures to your hobby stores or friends gaming table. If you have magnetized bases, they can also be safely stuck to the magnets inside the tanks transport compartment.

The magnets in use are 6x2mm size, so they are pretty common in the hobby space. You already might have seen or used them for projects like Gridfinity.

As already mentioned, the Astral Combat Carrier is a fully modular tank with a lot of pieces. As you can see above there is a lot of possibilities to modify your tank for your needs. I guess most if not all of Games Workshops tanks can be rebuilt using this kit if you want to proxy a specific model.

We at Dice Per Second have a full merchant license to produce and sell this kit. At the moment we are producing all the pieces and test them ourselves before we put the set into our store. Expect this kit to be printed in beautiful black PLA+ with a layer height of 0,12mm. Also we like to paint at least one model before we take photos for the shop. Hobbyists at heart, you know. ๐Ÿ˜‰

If you want to get this beauty before the store page is ready, feel free to contact us at shop@dicepersecond.de for a quote.

Also, we will design some 25mm and 32mm round bases with a cutout for 6x2mm magnets, which will go very well with the transport capabilities of this set. ๐Ÿ™‚

Happy gaming, folks! ๐Ÿ™‚
