This year during the fall break in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany we were part of the Code Week Bonn-Rhein-Sieg by offering three 3D printing workshops for children and adolescents.
Every October, Code Week offers the chance to gain a deeper insight into the world of programming and AI through a wide range of workshops. In exciting workshops and hands-on activities, anyone interested can try their hand at working with hardware and software and discover how much fun, creativity, and teamwork programming involves. The focus is on activities for children and young people from the Rhein-Sieg district and Bonn.

Because of the limited space in our store, we were just able to have four children and adolescents at the same time – all the equipment, laptops and 3D printers need space, too. 🙂

But it was a great success. All participants learned something new, enjoyed the time in our workshop and everyone could design and print their own 3D objects from start to finish and take them home with them. Impressive results! Well done!
We would like to thank the Haribo Foundation (Dr. Hans Riegel-Stiftung) for making all this possible.
